Had to have my Ford escape towed today. Sucks because I love my car. But I would highly recommend Tow mate. They were freaking awesome. Abby helped me so much, awesome customer service. And the driver Tony was great as well. Tow mate really helped me when I was in panic mode because I’ve never had to do this before. They have awesome prices too. So dependable and affordable. The tow man was wonderful . He was super friendly and very respectful . I called the company at 3:45 . He called me to verify my location and asked if i was there with the car . At 4:05 he was outside . They also have a tracker link they send you to watch your drivers location . ~ ranikka p
